We opened our doors in 1988 as FT Communications. From the very beginning our focus was on finding imaginative ways to help clients solve their problems. And to connect their brands to their consumers.

We changed our name to New and Improved Media in 2000 - long before “new media” was the thing everyone was trying to harness - because we felt it better reflected who we were, how we worked and the value we added. And because it captured what we saw as the new world order of media.

We’ve never been conformists. We are uncomfortable with status quo. We will not settle for the expected (it’s not fair to our clients; it’s no fun for us).
