Josh began his career as a Print Media Coordinator at American Communications Group and smoothly transitioned into the world of integrated media upon his start at New and Improved Media in 2012. Entering as an Assistant Media Planner, Josh has grown his experience and expertise over the years, finding himself recently promoted to Supervisor. Prior experience includes working at IW Group where his accounts included Lexus and Walmart. Josh finds the family culture and team chemistry at New and Improved Media to be an invaluable asset to his growth in the field and his career.

With her unique experience working with creative outlets and managing media flow, Kristin ended up a perfect fit for the New and Improved team. Kristin joined in 2010 as a Media Assistant and was quickly promoted after successfully helping to craft and manage campaigns for a variety of clients.
